WORK PERMIT
In contrast to closed work visas, open work visas can be applied without an employer and LMIA. They can work for any employer after they get a work permit, or they can work and stay in Canada legally.
Delivery Method
Usually the network submits, all materials only need to be scanned, and the big sign will be mailed directly from the immigration office to the address specified by the applicant.
Where to apply?
It is generally recommended to apply for an open work permit in Canada with a success rate close to 100%. The spouse work sign and bridge work sign of the reunion immigration can only be applied in Canada, and the pass rate of the spouse work sign of the student and the work permit holder will be significantly improved.
After graduation, work permits, spouse work permits, and internships can be applied at the border, but the application for the border application is full of variables, not the way we recommend.
Spouse work permits, internships (usually submitted with the student visa) can also be applied outside of Canada, with reference to a work visa.
