CRIMINAL CLEARANCE: No Criminal Record
Aging
No crime proof has higher requirements for aging, and some immigration projects even require a non-criminal certificate issued within 3 months to be effective.
In order to avoid the expiration of the documents during the waiting process, please prepare a certificate of no crime under the instructions of the copy.
When is there no proof of crime?
Directly submitting a student visa or work permit from overseas usually requires no proof of crime. However, domestic applications are usually not required.
Immigration applications must require no criminal inspection.
The principle of non-criminal inspection is that if you have lived in any country or region for more than 6 months after the age of 18, you need to confirm that there is no criminal record in this area.
More common country or region’s no criminal record preparation method
Canada: Canada usually finds the RCMP to check that there is no crime, so unless the copy explicitly requires the applicant to provide Canada with no crime, it is not required to provide it. If it is indeed required, the applicant can find fingerprints with the fingerprint company of the RCMP, usually charging 50-100 Canadian dollars, and the report will be sent to the applicant in 1-2 weeks.
United States: Posting to the FBI in the United States after a designated agency has been fingerprinted, it takes a long time, and it is necessary to regularly ask the immigration officer for an extension.
UK: Fill in the application form and send it to the UK designated agency.
Express Entry Requirements for No Criminal Record
The following are the official requirements for a fast track project for a criminal record:
- If you live in any country for more than 6 months, then you need to provide proof of crime in this country.
- If you are currently living in this country, you must provide proof of non-crime issued within 6 months.
- If you are no longer living in this country, you must provide proof of no crime after you leave the country.
In general, you need to submit a non-criminal certificate at the same time you submit the material. If the non-criminal certificate that has not been turned in or turned in has expired, it is likely that the material will be returned.
Some countries will not directly issue you with a certificate of no crime. If this is the case, please write a letter explaining the material without proof of crime.
Under normal circumstances, you do not need to provide proof of crime in Canada, and will notify you if necessary.
There is a criminal record
It is not necessary to be refused by Canada as long as there is a criminal record.
- Only criminal circumstances that violate federal laws may be refused. Traffic violations such as speeding are under the jurisdiction of the provincial government and usually do not affect immigration.
- It is not necessary to be detained to be considered a criminal record, and criminal records without actual punishment may have an impact on immigration.
- Whether a specific criminal record affects the immigration needs to be compared with the law in the Canadian Criminal Law. After being convicted for several years, it may be possible to apply for pardon.
- After the successful immigration, only the more serious circumstances may be deprived of permanent resident status, and the crime after becoming a citizen will not be deprived of identity.
