Key points

Please note that it is not possible to submit an immigration application without a score of more than 67. Under the fast track system, the applicant must also score a score of 1200 and receive a federal invitation (usually requiring 400 points or more) before submitting an immigration application.

Basic Requirements

• Intend to live in a province outside Quebec;
• In the past 10 years, there are paid full-time (or equivalent part-time) jobs of more than one year, working in the same occupation, in the NOC 0, A or B category;
• English or French at least CLB level 7 (IELTS 4 6);
• Six scores exceeded 67.
