Application conditions for nursing immigrants

In the past 3 years of submitting the application, there have been 24 months of related work in Canada.
The job category is one of the following occupations: home support worker NOC 4412, home child care provider (NOC 4411)
Must be full-time, and full-time work is defined as working more than 30 hours a week.
The gap between work is allowed (no continuous work is required)
Requires language to reach CLB level 5
The applicant does not intend to live in Quebec
Applicants are required to have at least 1 year of higher education experience, and overseas education experience needs to be certified first.

How to get a work permit

Applicants can apply for immigration at the same time as applying for a work permit, and obtain a work permit that is not closed to the employer and closed only to the occupation for accumulated work experience. If the work permit is used up, the applicant has not accumulated 24 months of work experience, but at this time there is still an employer’s offer, and the applicant can also apply for a renewal.
In addition, applicants can also hold open work permits to accumulate experience.
The conditions for applying for a nursing work permit are as follows:

The applicant has a valid employer who needs to fill out a form to disclose the information to the immigration office, but does not need to apply for LMIA, the job requirements must be true, and the employer can no longer be in Quebec.
The job category is one of the following occupations: home support worker NOC 4412, home child care provider (NOC 4411).
After obtaining the work permit, the applicant can change to the employer. The new employer does not need to provide the employer form, but the applicant’s position cannot be changed.
When applying for a work permit, the language is required to reach CLB level 5.
Applicants are required to have at least 1 year of higher education experience, and overseas education experience needs to be certified first.
In addition, applicants are required to be qualified for the job, which can be any past education or work experience.
