CHANGE CONDITION TO STUDY PERMIT

After June 1, 2014, students with full-time study permit can work directly outside the school without applying for a work permit. However, because the student is issued earlier, or because the student is the first to attend the language, the student may sign. It is forbidden to work outside the school.
If the big sign is explicitly stopped to work outside the school, but the current situation of the student is in line with the situation of off-campus work, in theory, you can apply to modify the status of the student to obtain a new student card for applying for a work card.
However, since 2017, the success rate of directly changing the status of the student is relatively low. Now we usually recommend that the client apply for a new student visa to obtain a new student visa.

Applicants are required to provide two copies of different ID documents, including and not limited to passports, driver’s licenses, ID cards, birth certificates, marriage certificates, and one of them must have a photo of the applicant.
