STUDY PERMITS: PRIMARY, SECONDARY, VISITING OR EXCHANGE STUDENTS
Temporary residents who meet the following conditions can apply for a student visa within the territory:
(i) attending kindergarten, primary or secondary school,
(i) is studying at the preschool, primary or secondary level,
(ii) is an exchange student enrolled at DLI, or
(ii) is a visiting or exchange student who is studying at a designated learning institution, or
(iii) have completed a short-term training course for entry into the DLI Professional Program;
(iii) has completed a course or program of study that is a prerequisite to their enrolling at a designated learning institution;
Key points
- Students are enrolled in primary and secondary schools, that is, those who have studied for less than 6 months, or parents who are accompanying or working in Canada under the age of two: in both cases, they can directly take a tourist visa to study, and do not need to learn.
- Obtain a long-term admission notice, which can be high school or college or vocational training.
- The first day of enrollment is in line with the conditions for the transfer of the domestic tourist transfer. As long as it is not a refusal to “don’t believe that the applicant will leave Canada on time” (our customers have never been), then attending high school can be said to be a way outside the short-term course. The advantage is that you don’t have to read it, and you can read it directly. The Offer is a visa (such as Quebec Vocational Training).
