GENERAL STUDENT VISA
Canadian ordinary study visas can be submitted in person or by mail through the visa center, or you can apply online. The materials submitted through the Visa Center and submitted online will be slightly different.

- Study Permit Application Form (IMM 1294).
- Family Information Form (IMM 5707).
- Both the applicant and the parent complete and submit an education employment details form.
- Your valid passport must have a full blank page and not the last page in your passport. If possible, your passport should remain valid for the duration of your planned study period.
- Two photos that match the Photo Requirements. And write the name of the person in the photo and the date of birth on the back of one of each set of photos.
- A copy of national ID card.
- A copy of the medical examination form provided by the designated medical examiner.
- Study Plan Statement: Describe your study plan and future career goals (up to one page) based on your academic, technical or professional background.
- The original residence book of my resident (hukou).
- If you are under the age of 18, you will need to provide a guardianship statement from your parent and Canadian guardian.
- A copy of the course acceptance notice from the Canadian Designated Learning Institute (DLI) Admission/Registration Office. All primary and secondary schools are designated learning institutions.
- If you plan to study in Quebec, submit a valid Quebec Acceptance Letter (CAQ).
- Provides an official copy of all degrees, qualifications or certificates that applicants have recently enrolled in a high school or higher education institution, as well as recent course transcripts.
- If the applicant is 18 years of age or older, please submit a non-criminal certificate for each country and region that has been in residence for 6 months or more since the age of 18.
- You must prove that you have enough money to cover the cost of living in Canada. Currently required at least 10,000 Canadian dollars a year. A certificate that reflects the accumulated history of funds for at least 12 months. The official requirements are as follows:
- Date is the original deposit certificate showing the available funds in the last two months; the original of the deposit slip and / or the original passbook; and the original of the building ownership certificate, the original vehicle registration certificate; written explanation of the source of funds (please do not submit the life insurance policy) Or other contract).
- Your parent’s income/employment certificate: The original work certificate issued by your parent’s current employer (if the parent or the parent owns or partially owns a company, please submit a notarized copy of the business registration certificate).
- If the applicant will receive a scholarship/other financial assistance, please submit a detailed description of the original documents that the applicant is expected to receive funding each year during the study period.
