SHORT-TERM STUDY STUDENTS (COURSES NO LONGER THAN SIX MONTHS)
If you plan to study in Canada for less than 6 months, you can apply for a short-term student visa.
Short-term student visas can be mailed or submitted in person through the Visa Center or online.
A short-term student visa is essentially a special visit/tourist visa, so it is possible to approve short-term, single-time, and possibly multiple years and multiple approvals. Holding a short-term student visa does not require a study permit at the time of entry.
Projects within 6 months are not required to attend a designated institution. If the school is located in Quebec, the Quebec reception letter CAQ is not required.
For students, short-term student visas are usually easier to pass than tourist visas. If you do not have a suitable short-term course or summer camp program, you can contact us.
