NOVA SCOTIA EXPERIENCE: EXPRESS ENTRY
This category requires one year of work in the Province of Nova Scotia, and its basic requirements are almost the same as those of Canadian experience.
This category is a fast track project, and eligible applicants for the provincial nomination + federal phase will usually be completed within one year.
Basic Requirements
- At least 12 months (1560 hours) of paid, legal NOC 0, A or B work experience in Nova Scotia within 3 years prior to application
- 21 to 55 years old
- English or French reaches CLB level 7 (NOC 0, Class A work) or CLB level 5 (Class B work)
- At least equivalent to Canadian high school education, overseas qualifications need to do ECA qualification certification
- If the applicant is in Canada, you need to have a legal status (for example, holding a student visa, work permit, temporary resident visa)
- Provide proof of minimum funding to protect yourself and your family
- Proving the future economic capacity in Nova Scotia and the intention to live permanently in the province
