Quebec PEQ new policy rollback details

We have carefully read the Quebec Gazette issued today (November 14), and it is currently ok:

  1. The Quebec New Deal has basically been legally rolled back. There are no longer any occupational restrictions or professional restrictions. The spouse no longer needs to take French exams. He continues to recognize the French proficiency class and the French level of applicants who have completed the professional courses in French only. However, applicants who are suspected in French (such as only submitting a certificate of certification, or just completing a professional course in French, or even a few applicants who have submitted standardized tests) may still be interviewed. It is recommended to be higher than the old one. The standard is ready for the interview.
  2. The “Queze Value Test” has been retained, but it does not affect the application submitted before January 2020. From the legal point of view, the new policy will not be traced after implementation. This includes the Quebec experience immigration PEQ. Technical immigrants Arrima and other commercial immigrants. From January 2020, both the applicant and the accompanying spouse will need to participate in the Quebec Value Test, but this test seems to be relatively loose at present, such as 75% pass (a similar test in Canada is generally a multiple choice question or a non-title) It can be re-tested several times, or it can be replaced by a course.
  3. Applicants who submit their applications from November 1st to November 13th will not be in compliance with the old policy if their academic qualifications are 900-1800 hours of vocational training. In this case, they will be tried according to the new policy that has been abolished. .
