EXPRESS ENTRY

Invitational score on Nov 27, 2019 : 471 Points

Beginning in January 2015, Canada incorporated all federal technology immigrants into the fast track system. This system differs from the previous immigration system in that it requires the applicant’s advanced pool to express the immigration intention, and the score reaches the invitation line. Submit a formal immigration application later. At present, all other applications, including paper provincial nominations, reunion immigrants, nursing immigrants, refugees, etc., are all incorporated into the fast track system.
All Fast Track applications are electronically and networked, and all materials need only scanned (unless specifically requested by the visa officer).
Most of the Canadian immigrants’ quotas are given to the fast-track every year, and most of the fast-track applications will be processed within half a year. It can be said that the fast track is the right way to immigrate to Canada is also king.

Enter the pool

You must first enter the pool through one of the following three items.

Basic Requirements

  • One year of continuous NOC 0, A, B work experience in the past 10 years, can be within or outside Canada
  • Language reaches CLB level 7 or above. For IELTS, it is about 6 points or more.
  • Six points scored over 67 points

Six points

  1. The highest language is 28. The first language requires a minimum of CLB level 7, listening, speaking, reading, and writing 4 points for each item, so the lowest is 16 points. Any one with CLB level 8 can get an extra 1 point, and level 9 has an extra 2 points. Give an example of the language score: If IELTS says, listen, read, and write are: 6, 8, 6.5, 7, respectively, corresponding to CLB level 7, level 9, level 8, level, then the score is: 4 6 5 6=21 . In the second language, both speaking, speaking, reading and writing can reach CLB level 5, and you can get an extra 4 points.
  2. The highest level of education is 25. PhD: 25 points, master's degree: 23 points, more than two college or undergraduate (including at least 3 years) 22 points, more than 3 years college or undergraduate: 21 points, 2 years college: 19 points, 1 year college: 15 points, High school graduation: 5 points.
  3. The highest working experience is 15. 6 years or more: 15 points, 4-5 years: 13 points, 2-3 years: 11 points, 1 year: 9 points. Only 0, A or B work experience can be counted, can be work experience outside of Canada, can be discontinuous, can be self-employed, can be a work experience during the reading period.
  4. The highest age of 12:18-35 years old: 12 points, from the age of 35, each additional 1 year old minus 1 point. Under 18 years old or 47 years old (inclusive): 0 points.
  5. LMIA: Extra 10 points.
  6. The adaptation score is up to 10. Spouse reaches CLB level 4 (IELTS score 4.5, read 3.5, write 4, say 4): 5 points; applicant or spouse Canada full-time study for 2 years: 5 points; applicant or spouse Canada 1 year work experience: 5 points; LMIA: 5 points; relatives: 5 points (citizens or permanent residents, living in Canada, 18 years of age or older).

Basic Requirements

  • One year in the past 3 years, Canada's NOC 0, A, B work experience, can be discontinuous.
  • If it is NOC 0 or Class A work, the language is required to reach CLB level 7. If it is NOC Class B work, the language is required to reach CLB level 5.

Meet both FSW and CEC

If you have one year of continuous work experience in Canada and the language reaches CLB level 7, it is easy for the applicant to satisfy both FSW and CEC, because after entering the pool, it does not care what the applicant specifically goes, so the applicant does not need to care.

Unlike the previous two categories, the federal government invites immigrant applicants with lower scores in the pool every half year. So if the applicant meets the conditions of a federal skilled worker, the score requirement can be slightly lower.

Basic Requirements

  • Have a full-time job in the mechanics industry for at least two years (30 hours per week) or equivalent part-time work for a period of five years prior to the application.
  • Speaking and listening to CLBCLB level 5, reading and writing to CLB level 4.
  • Applicants need LMIA supported by the employer or a certificate issued by the Canadian provincial government

Provincial nomination

Please note that the Fast Track Provincial Nomination can help you get the guaranteed score, but you still have to enter the pool through one of the three projects above. In addition, you need to make sure that the provincial nominee for the application matches the fast track.

I am in line with one of the above three projects, but the score is not enough, I hope to know the fast track provincial nomination

After entering the pool, the applicant submits the provincial nomination application to the provincial nominating office. The requirements of each province are different, but like the paper province nomination, the applicant is required to permanently reside in the nominated province. After immigration, according to constitutional rights, applicants can move freely between provinces in Canada (including Quebec).
Paper Provincial Nominees and Fast Track Provincial Nominations are in different categories and the two nominations cannot be mixed. Applicants need to know the information on the provincial government’s official website to avoid applying for the wrong category. Although some provinces have the same requirements for paper/fast track province nominations, applicants still need to indicate whether they are provincial nominated or fast-track categories at the beginning of the application.
Unlike the paper province nominations, the quick category channel does not require a nomination certificate and does not require a mailing application. After the provincial nomination is passed, the provincial government will directly add 600 points to the applicant’s pool. This is a score that will inevitably be invited. Applicants will usually be invited to submit a formal immigration application within 2-3 weeks. Applicants must submit to the electronic version of the material to prove that they meet the paper provincial nomination requirements (residence intention, physical examination, no crime), but also need to prove that they meet one of the federal skilled immigrants, Canadian experience immigrants or federal skilled immigrants conditions of.
For more provincial nominations, please refer to Immigration Canada.
